Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usua

Have any of the applicants lived in a country other than the primary applicant's usual country of residence?

my country of residence is Singapore. But I am from the Phils.

I put NO. thinking that Phils. was already implied and since i really lived only in Singapore since i started working overseas.

others say it should have been YES.

unfortunately, I passed and paid my 189 visa application already.

Is there anyway to remedy this? or do I just wait for my Case Officer alloment and let him/her make the call?

any thoughts on these would be greatly appreciated.
