my husband and i are hoping to apply for migration under subclass 176 as my sister in law is a citizen there. my husband is an ICT business analyst as per new SOL list. he has 8 -9+ years experience in the particular field (software solutions) and only possess a MBA which has NO computing content nor does he have any IT qualifications. he has all other trainings and certificates related to work.
will he be accpted by ACS? is there a chance coz of the work experience ?
i would like to apply as soon as posiible as they keep on changing their rules!

please will somebody give some advices on how to approach this !!

The ACS do have an assessment process which looks at peoples experience in addition to non IT qualifications.
Could be about a minimum of eight years they look for I think but check out their web site you can find via Computer occupations links @ A-Z Occupations List - Australian Skills Recognition Information

The changes to Immi regs have been something of a work in progress because of some extensive reviews, some interim changes being made as the GFC struck.
But with full implementation of changes due within a few months hopefully, things should settle down.
With State Migration Plans having second priority, you may want to keep an eye on what happens there too.
