Date committed de facto relationship began

Hi there,

we really dont get the difference between the following dates the application form is asking for:

1. Date relationship began:
2. Date committed de facto relationship began:
3. Date applicant and sponsor committed to a shared life together to the exclusion of all others:

For us personal 1. and 2. are the same, but for visa understanding we know what de facto means so we suggest 2. is the same as 3.. But what does 3. suppose to mean then???

Thanks

1 date is when u started dating
2 is the date u moved in together
3 is when u decided that u would date no one else and committed to each other.

Normally these would be different dates I,e.
1. Met jan started dating
. 3 decided to be serious and committed February
2.moved in together in march

But it's different for everyone
