Pls help!

I just want to ask an employer wants to sponsor me but I'm bit confused if even we are only 4 workers in his private clinic would it be possible to sponsor me. thank you

There was [ maybe still is ] a requirement with one employer sponsorship category, possibly the ENS PR for an employer to have at least ten employees but that may have changed to remove the restriction on some bonafide employers in skilled areas such as the smaller medical clinics.
I have not noticed it myself in recent looks at employer eligibility.

Have a close read of what is stated against employer eligibility requirements and if there is no restriction, it may have been changed.
The employer should be able to clarify that with a simple call to Immi in Australia and in most cases an employer is likely to use an agent anyway.
