passport expiry

i applied 176 with family on March 09 (non CSL) and waiting for assignment of CO. My daughter passport is about to expire this month. What is the procedure for that? I will get her new passport with in 25 days. How can i send her new passport to DIAC? whats the whole procedure.

Also address and phone numbers of my company office is about to change in next 2-3 months. we are in shifting process. what docs i should send to Immi like address change general notice which we are sending to all our clients etc.? or there is some other procedure?

You can use http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1022.pdf and a certified copy of your daughters passport ID page will be sufficient.

I imagine you could print a form off, fill it in and then scan it to upload.
And you could do likewise using the form as a covering form for a separate note re any address changes etc.
