Pls help.......

Hello there,

Before i start i would really like to thanks to the owner of this forum who has invented such a helpful and interesting forum and i would also like to thanks to the members who are very much active and helps to the other members.

Now i m coming to the point, I did Master of professional accounting from CQU Australia. I came to the my back home country in September 2009. At the moment i am working as an individual accountant, in other words as an self employed. I am not working under any company. Since last October, I have three clients. I need 1 yr work experience before i apply for PR. My question is whatever i did will be count as a work experience or is it necessary that i have to work with any particular company? And who will write the work experience letter for me?

Thanks in advance.

The information on Skilled – Independent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 175) does relate more directly to employment with an employer rather than self employment but with the latter, if you have established a private business and have documentation to show that, it may help.
Three clients however does not seem like an awful ammount of work unless they themselves are businesses and if so that should enable valid documentation perhaps in the form of contracts.

You will certainly need more than just your own claims and if you do need to consider it from an approach of how you would prove to someone your employment.
If you have doubts about what would be acceptable, I'd suggest you contact Immi.
