Question Experience deduction by ACS and Old assessment

Dear mark/all,

I was assessed by ACS in February 2013 with 8 years experience and degree major in computing. I have received invite to apply for 189 visa based on 60 points.

Please advise as per new ACS rule can DIAC/CO deduct my experience even though I was assessed before this rule and my assessment is still valid.

If yes I will lose 5 points is there any chance of fee refund.

is fee for spouse and child which are secondary applicant refundable.

please assist since I have few day left before my invite will expire. Thanks

From what I've read, they are likely to ask you to get new form assessment, which means you'll lose 2 years

From what I've read, they don't refund your fees. They may give you the opportunity to withdraw your application rather than having a refusal on record, but that's usually it.
