TRA assesment

Hi
i got successful skill assessment from TRA in the Electronic equipment trade person occupation ASCO 4315-11 -on may 25th ,2010, it was on old SOL critical list, but now the new SOL with ANZSCO code, the occupation name is changed to Electonic equipment trade worker 342313. The job function is same for both occupation
My question is can i apply for the new SOL occupation Electronic equipment trade worker with my Electronic equipment trade person TRA outcome .

I am planing for skilled migration with family,my wife have Bachelor Degree in Arts and PG in computer application and 7 years working experience as secretarial and administration field
My question is do she have to take an IELTS test and her occupation should be in the new SOL list ??
Please reply me ASAP
Thanks in advance.......

Hopefully there will be some information about ASCO/ANZSCO transition when Immi implement the new SOL and if there is none, it could be that you would have to see if you can get an assessment issued with the new ANZSCO code.
Whether your wife will need to do the IELTS test is really up to you for if she does not meet the english requirement as specified in the eligibility section, then your Visa application fee will have the second installment.
For your wife to claim an occupation on the new SOL or for you to get additional points she'll need to have a positive result from an assessing organisation.
