Skilled immigration 175 visa

Hi ,

Now we are 3rd of July, and there is nothing on the Immi website mentioning that they resumed accepting 175 visa. Also they say nothing about the people like me who applied long time ago and what about the State Sponsorship.

Regards

I suppose they are also thinking of first time visitors to the site and it would just get cumbersome, tiresome and loathsome to have advice that a few application categories had been suspended and then another advice to say they were no longer suspended, not to mention confusing.

And then for people who knew there had been a suspension of accepting applications, all to do with changes being made that were expected to be implemented on July01, is it so surprising to find that the suspension no longer applies as the changes have been implemented?

I suppose donkeys can be stubborn and even with a carrot need a bit of whipping.

State sponsorship and/or State Migration Plans are a matter for the separate states and Immi being a federal government department do liase with the states but have no power as to directing their progress.
Only Carrots on issue there.
