Mrt Descsion ?

Hi me and my husband have attended our MRT hearing last week as i am awaiting descision on my PR. I am english he is Australian and we wondering if anyone knows of when they make a descision time frame?
we attended the hearing one week ago, also if it gets approved how long does take for immigration to process the PR? and or if the MRT refuse it what are our options?
