Drink driving

I just came across this forum and registered as a new member becuase I am seeking some advice from you guys.
Me and my wife are 457 visa now and we applied for Employer nominated Pr visa (186) one month ago .I was involved in DUI in Uk in a year ago and suspended the licences for 12 months .I mentioned this on my Pr application , My question is this will effect to get the PR??
Pls help me

In general Australia does not consider DUI a serious offence, the fact you have a 457 visa, would suggest you wont have it held against you on PR application. Just my thoughts.

They're looking for a conviction (prison time) of 12 months or more for things like serious violent crimes. I don't think you have anything to worry about. Obviously you still need to be honest and declare it.

Visa Granted: January 2014.
Visa #2: Subclass 820 (From PMV).
Applied: End of April 2014.
Visa Granted: Early July 2014.
Visa #3: 801 (PR)
Eligibility Date: End of April 2016 (Applied a month prior).
PR Granted: Early April 2017.
