Skill indipendent Visa , Computing Professiojnal, 7th priority

Dear Friends;

I've applied for skill indipendent visa (175) since February 2008. (System Manager, no CSl, no MODL). As you are kindly aware i'm in non prior situation. My case has not changed at all, even the Case officer has not allocated to my case yet. After 30 months, I'm really concern about my future and in a very bad moral condition.

Due to your successful experience, I really appreciated if you could kindly help me to know better about my case condition, recent changes, the time of the process and further action by DIAC in this regards.

Hope to hear from you the soonest possible.

All the Best;
Paris

The most pertinent changes some of which have been implemented are as per Minister's announcements of 08February you'll find @ What's New? Recent Changes in General Skilled Migration and there, you'll see one in regard to priority processing.
A situation had been developing where the numbers of applicants is far in excess of that level the government has set and therefore the priorities system developed.
The guide for processing times has been updatd and you can see those @ Client Service Charter
As you'll read there, many variables exist and if they get more people getting higher priority applications submitted, they'll take preference and lower priority applications will just still be waiting.
Hence you ought to review in a few months the state sponsorship occupations or State Migration Plans, yet to be released.
Alternately, as many people are likely to do you could explore the employer sponsorship opportunities.
