Question PMV: form and questions (Part C, #19)

-Should all blanks for questions and sections that do not apply to our case be filled in with: N/A? Is it not good to leave any blanks? (There will be a lot of N/A on our applications [a few entire pages] as a good chunk is not relevant in our situation.)

-Part C, #19: National Identity number; would this mean my SIN? Social Insurance Number in Canada?)

Don't know what others might do but where there's a couple of $$$$ and a future at stake, I'd be adopting " what Lulu asks for Lulu gets "

And yes, if the SIN is like a national number issued to all Canadian citizens and residents, I'd stick that in.
