Skilled Sponsored (migrant)

I am a final year B.Sc. Engineering CSE (Computer Science & Engineering) student in bangladesh. I want to apply for Skilled Sponsored (migrant) program (subclass 176). My elder brother is also an engineer residing in Australia as a PR. If he sponsor me, then for my skill assessment how much work experience do i need? Here i saw there r no dept in CSE. Here shown like Computing Professionals - Applications and Analyst Programmer, Computing Professionals - Software Designer, Computing Professionals - Systems Programmer.
I wanted to ask that now which code will be given on my skill assessment result?

It will be up to you to have eligibility to get a positive assessment for a particular occupation you want to follow and if by what you say that is going to be in the IT area and it is ACS that do the assessing, it will then the extent of bias in your course to IT study or engineering.
They may decide that two years of suitable experience is sufficient or it could be four years before being able to get a positive assessment.
Have a look on the ACS site and under assessment links you will find much detailed explanation of their assessment criteria.
