You can add a dependant to your 485 visa
Skilled – Graduate (Temporary) visa (subclass 485)
You may want to consult an agent or Immi to find out what it will mean if the addition is not processed before your 485 expires and you're on a bridging visa awaiting your 885or the 885 has been granted.

Once you are married your wife can apply for a subclass 485 subsequent applicant, to be added to your 485 visa.

The problem that you have is that because you have already applied for the 885, she can not be added to the 885 application.
