Interview and decision time

Well I just got the best news ever! My husbands security check has come back to the embassy in Amman, Jordan and they have scheduled an interview with him next Thursday. He was told that everything was fine. Was just wondering if anybody knows how much longer after the interview they will make their decision. Its been 5 months so far. Would love some indication of how long the embassy usually takes to process an application after the check has come back. We have already supplied absolutely everything so it will not drag any longer on our part.
Tasha
(So bloody happy!)

That's worked out a lot better for you than what it could have been Tasha and some people have been known to get confirmation at an interview and then others might be some time afterwards but hopefully not too long.
Even if they have not asked him to take his passport in, tell him to do so and for him to have it out and casually ask if he should leave it with them.
If everything has been covered, you never know and they could put a sticker in for him while he is there.
