Urgent Help, Pls

I am about to file my visa application. is it complusory to stay in the state that sponsered you for 2 years. as i m going for 176, but there are mixed views about staying in the sponsering state for 2 years and whats the formality i need to do if i move beofre 2 years.

Is it also true that looking current situation, if i file for 176, it will move fatser that 175. Pls help

If you are able to get a state sponsorship and your occupation is on the State Migration Plan that will give your application a higher priority than a 175.
You will find that most states currently have their sponsorship applications closed whilst they get their SMPs sorted and that could be a couple of months yet seeing as we have an election due in a couple of weeks.
In applying for state sponsorship the whole intent is for someone to be immigrating to that state in Australia.
It is not a frequent occurrence that someone's PR is cancelled however just like anything in life if a trend develops against what a government's legislation is intended to achieve, action can be taken.
The best thing is to have a good think about what state you may want to be in and that means doing some research on different locations.

If you are in a state that you have nominated for and for instance it seems it is impossible to find work but you have a firm offer of work in another state, you should at least advise the state government and it would also not hurt to advise Immi and indicate to both what your attempts to find work have entailed.
You may receive advice back from the state, perhaps nothing from Immi or if anything I'd not expect it to be anything too definite and you'll likely be OK.
