Unhappy Any Hope

Myself, Hubbie & kids are looking to move to Austrailia,
My husband has sibling living over there, they are permanent residents living in Oz the last 20 years, my hubbies brother has his own business so my hubbie will have work if we go over, but what would be the situation with getting visa's? we both work at home but we wouldnt have a trade as such... we cannot go and get a trade as my hubbie is nearing the age limit of 45 to enter Austailia on working visa..

would anyone have any ifo regaring this matter? any info would be appericated..

The usual basis of a full family emigration is for either the father or mother to have a skill and though your BIL may be able to provide a job, there are requirements to be met re approval of a position, your BIL as sponsor and occupational skills/qualifications.
Have a look under the Employer Sponsorship via Workers - Visas & Immigration
