ACS assessment VS SS Calculation for points Subclass 190

Hi All,
Today i had my ACS assessments and feel so disappointed as they have throw out my two years experience as not relevant. which affected my score with 5 points.
Now i have 4 years and 2 months experience instead of 6 years.
same way the points i have calculated is dropped from 60 to 55.

Though the applications are suspended till July 2014 but i need some clarification before that!!

The Acs, however mentioned that "Your skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under 262113 (Systems Administrator) of
the ANZSCO Code."

I was just wondering if i can still be legible for NSW SS? with below

Age 29 years= 30

IELTS 6.0 (no points)

Degree = 15

After ACS assessment Experience 4 years and 2 months = 5
(i have 6 years and 4 months working experience though)

SS = 5

Is there any Marks for AQF Diploma with a major in computing equivalent qualification from state ? for my three certification they calculated it as 3 AQF diploma with a major in computing...

Please advise..thanks in advance for any reply

Hi Ali,

I have exactly same situation as of yours. i was wondering if u applied for EOI and got the invite . In my case i got the invite : please provide ur Phone number if dont mind - just to discuss the issue . Any help will be appreciated. Below is my issue -
I Applied for 189 Visa under - 261313 (Software Engineer) category. .Till date i have experience of 9 years and 1 month.
I got my ACS done in the month of August 2013.I applied for EOI in the month of September 2013 and on 23rd March 2014 i got an invite for EOI.

As per ACS report my experience starts from Feb 2007 .
Age : 30 years
I got 6 in each in IELTS
I am BCA graduate.

I applied through a consultant and he has shown me examples of same scenarios (where points were 55 due to reduction of experience for 2 years - as per new norms) with success Visa Grant .

I need advice to understand if i should apply for next step and pay fee or should i wait for this EOI to expire and apply fresh EOI with 7 in IELTS.

I there any chance of getting through this step with the above points calculation's.

Response will highly be appreciated.Thanks In advance.

Thanks and Regards,

I've read that ACS considers experience after you've reached qualification which, in their terms, is your education plus 2 years working experience. So they routinely deduct the first 2 years of work experience as they consider this part of the requirement for becoming qualified.

I'm not sure if your other education certificates add any points. You should consider a consultation with a migration agent to review and see if you have enough points elsewhere to qualify for an invitation.

Hi i failed to explain myself correctly.

Should my degree (bachelor + Master) should be assessed by Engenieer Australia or ACS or any other.

Or they will just be assessed when presented on the VISA 190 by de Department of inmigration?
