Waive "At a time of application"

Hi all.

Anyone has experience of submitting the document after you lodged the visa application or before the decision of the application.and that document is should submitted "at a time of application"

Any ideas if possible to waive "at a time of application"?

What document is that? If the document is a "at time of application" document - ie marriage certificate or relationship registration etc - then I'm pretty sure it can still be submitted and accepted provided that it's pre-dated to the time of application for example if you applied on the 1 January for the partner visa on the condition of marriage but didn't submit your marriage certificate then you can still do that provided that your marriage actually did take place prior to the 1st of January.

If it's a time of application specific document proving you met the conditions of the visa at time of lodgement and you in fact did not meet those conditions until after lodgement then I don't believe they are valid.

More information on the type of document and the visa sc would be very helpful
