Fiancee not changing name - affect spouse visa?

Hi,

I think I've done something stupid.. or I'm just being paranoid.. I need your help to find out which.

My fiancee is currently on a PMV and we will be getting married in December. We will be applying for our spouse visa shortly after that. I have gone ahead and booked tickets for our Honeymoon in April to go to Thailand. Now when I've done that, I've put her name down as her maiden name rather than what her name would be when she marries me. This means she has to keep her maiden name on her passport until after April when we would officially change her last name to mine.

Is this going to cause any complications when applying for the spouse visa? May they look at it a bit suspiciously that she hasn't changed her last name yet?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

There's nothing to worry about! Many women these days keep their maiden name. She doesn't have to change it to your name in order to get her visa... :-)
