Hi Friends

am shaba, from India, am An Accountant i would like to apply PR to ozz.
[*]My questions is this Which IELTS i have to take (Academic or General).

Pls Advise me

The IELTS includes reading and I know accountants like to use red but it doesn't go so good on forums or application forms.
Practice your reading @ Workers - Visas & Immigration and you'll find the answer

you need to do acedemic Ielts and score 7's in each component

In some cases general, in some academic. Depends what your case is.

Given Mr Shaba is an Accountant the accounting bodies now require Academic IELTS as from 1 July...but I do take your point of principle
