2 Wifes and want to migrate

My friend is a muslim, who has two wifes. In his country , men are allowed to have more than one wife. Is it possible for him to migrate to australia with both wifes ?

A question he would want to put to Immi I imagine and I'd not be surprised if it was not allowed.
