You also mentioned that they did not recognise your BSc, did they give you reason for that?
I dont know the answer to that the statement says
your qualification has not been recognised as at least a bachelor qualification of recognised standard

The ACS assessed the masters in business information technology as - An AQF master degree with minor in computing

It seems there was a few issues really with the ACS assessment - I never picked up on them unforntuately and the agent I used at the time said nothing and progressed the application

Thanks for you reply.

Hi thanks can I ask - did you get the option on the letter from the co to go to review/appeal? My understanding is that this is only available to onshore applications....
I would advise you to withdraw the application - that way you will never have to tick the box in future applications stating that you have been refused a visa- this I believe would not be favourable for any future visa.
I'm pretty sure you get 28 days to withdraw & would seek advice from a MA to see what options you may have in the future kind regards

Hi
Thanks for taking the time to respond
There was no letter from CO to go to review or appeal - it went straight to denial but on IMMI it shows as still in progress.
We have contacted a migration agent - waiting for response, I can see the logic on withdrawing for sure.
I will investigate that further
thanks its really useful all the replies
