Skill assessment for civil engineer!

hi Guys! At the moment i have 115 points to apply PR, I need more 5 points. I'm going to take skill assessment and should have 60 points from my degree ( professional engineer). However i have no idea about " professional engineer". in vietnam , my job includes hydro power design and river basin management.: So i need some advices to prepare the skill assessment form...

I'm not too sure on the actual IEA process Kevin but initially I would suspect they'll want good details on your curriculum course and then as it may be there have never been too many Vietnam trained Civil Engineers assessed, there could be some sort of academic and practical testing they'll require if not wanting you to go through their designated practical assessment option.
All you can do is be guided by their site and if in doubt email them.
On getting a successful assessment, you might want to use a State Migration Plan approach as with sponsorship you'll only need 100 points and SMP will give you higher priority than an independent skilled application.
