Identity documents when in Australia question

Hi,

My fiancee is waiting for her PMV to be approved. When granted and when she moves here, we will be putting her on my bank account, getting her a mobile phone plan, etc .. but all this stuff requires proof of residency.

She won't have a drivers license, at least not initially .. and her passport will still be registered to the Philippines for now until we change her name and get a new passport next year.

For her to apply for a bank account/mobile phone etc how will I prove that she's living with me?

Can she apply for a proof of age card that I used to have before I started driving late?

She could even open an account in her name with some banks before arriving in Australia and people doing that get a card issued with presentation of their passport on arrival.
You should nothave a problem in having her added to your own account if that's what you want and with other stuff the passport and visa should be OK.
She doesn't even need to rush into getting a new passport if her old one is not close to expiring even after marriage and it'll be a number of years [ at least 6 ] until she can get Aussie citizenship and an Australian passport, so she might as well keep the one she has for now.
Have a look at the Living In Australia section on the Immi site for heaps of general info there.
