De-Facto application

I will soon be applying for a de-facto visa, me being the Brit, my boyfriend being the Aussie.

Although I hold a British passport, I have not lived in Britain for twenty years and have been resident in another European country.

When immigration ask for police records, will they require me to produce police records from the UK or from the other European country or from both?

Thanks in advance for any help that can be given.

It'll be an unusual situation in that Immi would normally expect or at least I'd expect them to expect a police report from the country you hold a passport of but if you have not at all set foot in the UK in the last twenty years they may accept that you just orovide checks for countries you have resided in for more than 12 months in the past ten years or since age of 16 as specified - Character Requirement - Applications & Forms
They may of course expect you to have solid evidence of where you have been residing.
