Sorry but i am so confused..
For the marriage to be real she would have had to sign something?
..Did she? Because then she played her part too. Your name says your from australia..and u said shes on a student visa and u have been together 8 years? So where exactly is she from?

It may well be fishy as some of the posters have stated here, what's more disappointing is the standard of discussion this thread has fallen too. Calling people scum bags I do not believe is in the sprit of this site and I really hope that a moderator will deal with it.

Written communication often lacks clarity even more so if it is written by someone who either doesn't have those skills or they are writing in a language that is not their first.

So to those who appear so ready pass judgement with such little info..SHAME on You

Applied: End of April 2014.
Visa Granted: Early July 2014.
Visa #3: 801 (PR)
Eligibility Date: End of April 2016 (Applied a month prior).
PR Granted: Early April 2017.
