ICT Support Engineer

Hi, Currently I am working as a Technical Support Engineer under 457 visa. I worked 3 years for the company but they wont sponsor me to get PR. Recent SOL doesnt have ICT Support Engineer any more. In this case What option I have to become PR ? and I have already applied to ACS to assess my Skill as a ICT Support Engineer by mistake..

Your options would include to see if there are other employers about willing to initially offer a 457 sponsorship with a step to PR or even PR straight off if eligibility is met by all.
As for seeking PR independently you will need an assessment for an occupation on the SOL, either schedule #3 or if there is a state that has an occupation listed for SMP sponsorship, then schedule #4
As for ACS assessment, if you feel you may be better off applying for assessment for a different occupation on one of the SOL schdules and your current application has not been in for too long, there may be a chance you can withdraw it and perhaps changed to another classification or have the fee refunded, but have a look at their site FAQ for there may be information about that.

Thanks very much for your quick and prompt reply. The closest occupation matches with my profile is Computer Network and System Engineer 263111. I called ACS, the receiptionist told me once I get a reference number then I may change my occupation in that form.

I am getting calls from other companies but no one wants to sponsor. It seems I have to go back to my country..
