pmv sub class 300

hi everyone just like to say this a great forum, i am currently waiting for my fiances visa to be processed thru the london office and have a c/o who informed us that it will be finalized in jan/feb as we have been apart for over three months now and can not wait till then to be together again, my question is will it ok for her to come to australia on a eta visa for a holiday while waiting for her pmv to be processed or will this jepodize our chances

Your fiance would not be the first to have used an ETA or tourist visa to come to Australia while waiting on a visa to be processed.
If she applies herself and is eligible for an eVisa, an ETA application online will default to that but if she is organised to make a final trip out here, she may be better to seek a six months visa in the first place rather than rely on being granted another tourist visa while on an ETA/eVisa.
When the PMV is ready for granting she could fly over to NZ or anywhere in the Pacific/Asia, but just somewhere out of Australia.
And it should not jeopardise her chances as long as she advises the CO and has an email address for contact purposes.

It'll probably be an eVisa that will be granted if she is from the UK or EU and it should not affect getting a PMV granted other than that if it is ready to be granted while she is in Australia she'll need to take a short trip abroad to have it granted.
