Question Recent work experience exemption

hi,

i red on a guide that

you do not need to meet the work experience requirement if you meet the Australian study requirement less than 6 months before lodging your visa
application.
If you intend taking advantage of this concession you should note that the 6 monthperiod begins from the date of completion of the qualification, and not
from the date the qualification was conferred.
This exemption cannot be used to waive any specific work experience requirement imposed by an assessing body as part of a skills assessment.

Which is the assessing body that allow this exemption?

Thanks.

The assessing bodies are the organisations that just assess qualifications and some like the ACS do have experience requirements depending on the qualifications a person has.
The work experience alternative you refer to is for the actual visa application and qualifications assessment and visa application are two separate processes.

I do not know what your question is re ACS but if you have queries re ACS assessment that are not answered on their site I have no more information.
You could try emailing ACS but the information on their site including the FAQ is quite detailed and if you can not sort yourself out with their site, perhaps you are hoping for something that is non existent.
