Unhappy Returning to the UK

Hi Guys
My Girlfriend overstayed her last visa she got for the UK. She returned to Australia in February and since then I have applied for a de-facto visa for me to move out to live with her in Oz for a couple of years.
Unfortunately due to a lack of financial proof (she was not registered on the household bills and was not earning regular income) for the year she overstayed, It looks like I may not get this visa.
How long until she will be able to get another working visa to come back to work in the UK and live with me here until we get married and choose where to spend the rest of our lifes together.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated as I am loosing the will to live at the moment!!!
Cheers

It's really up to your UK lot and their regs re overstaying which out here apply to more temporary visas only.
If she meets eligibility for a UK skilled visa that may be something else and I suppose you could look into the UK requirements for her to get a partner visa for there.

'Another working holiday visa'? I thought we were only entitled to one? You'll have to look at another type of visa, spouse or sponsorship by an employer. Make sure you start keeping all your mail, emails, phone bills etc from now... this will help show your communication efforts whilst apart.
