Prospective Marriage Visa

I need some help in filling form 80 Q23-34 . I got engaged in December 2013 & be having an arranged marriage soon, In form 80 Q23 asks about Partner now going by immigration booklet definition of Partner it means spouse or defacto partner. In my case we do not live together & are just engaged. so shall i tick. "no"?
Also with Q37 to Q39 what would be an appropriate especially with Q37 arrival date & Flight no (should i leave it blank) or write applied for subclass 300 visa
Q38 - subclass 300 is a temporary visa but departure date should i leave it blank, does this question flows from Q37 where they are asking about arrival date.

what would be the most appropriate answer?

In question 2 you will have ticked the engaged box. In question 23 I would answer yes and add your partners details. This is a character assessment form and you are not adding your partner. This can also help with the future spouse visa application you wish to make. For question 37 in the flight number box I would just enter Unknown. Q 39 you can say to live with future husband. Q38 tick yes but I would put will transition from temporary to permanent. You can also add further clarification for these answers at question 63.

Kind Regards,
