de facto visa but not together any more

hey im on a de facto visa in australia with my new zealand ex where still good friends and now been here for almost two years and meet some one else. . and want to get married in europa fly there and come back. on my ex de facto visa is this going to be problem! dont want to re apply for other visa because not staying long in australia 1 more year

Is it a 461 visa you are on - New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (Temporary) Visa (Subclass 461)
And if so, that is good for five years and they can be renewed even if separated from a partner.
You can not however sponsor your new partner to come to Australia.
