2231-13 Systems Designer

I am Computer Engineer by profession and my field is computer networks. I've more than 4 years of experience. In past I want to apply but I've not sufficient experience and after that as my experience (i.e 4 years) fulfills immigration requirement they have changed their criteria and kick out all computer network occupations.
Now one of my friend told me that I can apply under:

261111 ICT Business analyst
261112 Systems analyst in ANZSCO
2231-13 Systems Designer in ASCO code and occupation.

But I've not found sufficient materials that define Computer network and security fall in this category.

Will you please guide me what should I do?
Thanks and best regards
