Question which VISA would be suitable for Lawyers..?

Hi all,

I would like to know how can i bring my brother who is practising as an advocate in india to Australia. I am a PR VISA holder of Australia.

He likes to work as a lawyer profession in Australia. If so what upgradation he needs to do for the qualification and certification.?

Do anybody have idea which VISA would be good for him to come here..either as dependent or an independent PRVISA( 175 ).

I found the job roles like solicitors, legal draft person, lawyer, migration agent profession suits to him. can any body suggest some of the best job options for him as well.

Immigrating under a skilled visa Joe will require in the first place for a skill to be listed on the SOLs, either #3 for totally independent or #4 for State Migration Plan listed occupations and a state sponsorship required.
Then there's the ENSOL employer sponsored PR people or the listing for TR 457 visa applicants.
There's various eligibility requirements for all visas and a key one is to have a positive qualifications assessment for the particular occupation.
