Accountant 221111 new graduates TR or PR?

Hello, I'm new in this forum. I'd like to have some advice from people who know well about migration law. Thank you

I'm sorry if I'm making a too similler / same question..

My case is about applying TR(subclass 485).

I'm a currently master student of Accounting and graduating in this semester.
I just got the skill assessment result back from CPA that says I need to complete 3 more units to have a possitive assessment result. Also my result is suitable for migration under ANZSCO 221111 Accountant (General), since I completed 9units out of 12units.

My IELTS result is over 6.0 in each areas, and it was done in Academic.

The point is I got a skill assessment done before I graduate. This seems to be able to go with old rule, because I could lodge my skill assessment apprication before 30.Aug.2010.

My question is if I'm able to apply PR with my skill assessment result after I complete all the units or not? If I am only able to apply TR, is that why because my IELTS score is not achieve at 7??

I'm also wondering what will happen in case I fail in one unit this semester, then my graduation is forwarded to next semester?? since the skill assessment result is valid for 5yrs, I'll be still assessed under the old rule?

Thank you very much for your help, and I'm sorry if my question is not clear enough..

The best thing you can do is just take the visas you are considering, the 485 or 885/886 and line up what you have re your assessment and IELTS against the full eligibility requirements taking into account the transitional arrangements available to students.
If you meet basic eligibility requirements and have sufficient points for the PR visas then you may want to apply direct for PR and if not then look at your eligibility for the 485.

Client Service Charter is a guide of sorts but do note the notes re variable factors and that information is based on historical data.

okok

Thank you very much for your fast reply, Wanderer

I see, ok, I'll try to apply whichever I can, then see how it goes.
I understood that there's no much clear information about this like case, so I'll do more reserch then look at historical data.

I hope I can acheive at the sufficient English requirement smoothly

Thanks a lot!!
