Chemical Engineer

I am planning to apply 176 State Sponsorship after SMP is out. However, I would like to know what is the chance of having Chemical Engineer included into the new SMP. I know some states do not really require Chemical Engineer.
I would appreciate for some information if somebody out there who has successfully obtained visa for 176 SS recently (July 2010-Oct2010), or has successfully obtained state sponsorship from any of the states (July 2010-Oct 2010).
I am just worried that Chemical Engineer will not be included into the new SMP. Await your valuable comments!

You may be right that some states may have Chemical Engineer included and others not but all you can do is wait until they are all out to know the answer.
