Hr/lr countries ?!

Hi all,

I would like to have a clear definition about based on what a country is classified as HR one or LR one?
How is my PR visa application impacted if I m from HR or LR country?
Is there any list of HR countries?

Thank you for advance.

LR countries are those eligible for the ETA
ETA (Visitor) (Subclass 976)
HR countries may require additional security clearances but it is something that Immi will have final determination on.
A processing time of an additional six months or greater can apply in that situation.
