TRA, Cert III or IV for cook?

I was troubled with.. is it cert III or IV for the occupation of cook to be assessed for provisional skills assessment with TRA. I just got two certificates for my Dilopma of Hospitality management(commecial cookery).
1. diploma of Hospitality managemen TH51202
2. certificate IV in Hospitality(commercial cookery) SIT 40407

because TRA recently sent me a letter stating cert III is for cook and asking other transcripts--- 'I had deliberately omitted one coz two were looking identical.' I started this course on aug 2008 finished aug 2010. Holmes Ins.

I highly appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.
