Business visa

Hello,

I have found a lot of information about business starting in Australia, but after that I am confused. I hope you guys can help me.
I am from Europe and I wnat to start business in Australia. it is mean - to incorporate company and to start business.Maybe you know what requirement is for foreign who wants to start business and get business visa ( permit to live in Australia).

There are various requirements depending on nature of business and you will find that regulatory requirements will vary a little from state to state.
Most state government web sites will have a section for small businesses and that could be a good place to have a look.

I am interesting in Victoria (Melbourne).I know that websites have a lot of information. As I know in our country is different request for foreign people who wants to get resident permit for company incorporation.

We I get visa with puspose to start business in Australia or it will be enoutgh to show that I am owner of company and they will give me business visa? Any authorised capital for private company?
