Prospective Marriage Visa Questions

Hi there,

I have been reading here for a while and am now in the process of applying for my own visa... I have been in Australia on a WHV and met my fiance there and he proposed in August. He moved out of his flat in Australia and we went travelling together and he is now in the UK with me until my visa will be granted.

1. What would his residential address for the application be? Where we are staying in the UK or his (parents) address in Australia?

2. How are we meant to answer the question about his house? He doesn't have anything back in Australia and here we are staying with my friends... We are planning on renting a flat together when we go back to Australia. Should we leave it blank and send an explanation with it?

Thanks for your help!!

If they are after a residential address of the sponsor, it implies an Australian address and if you plan to reside with his parents, use that.
That kind of answers your second query and with all questions you answer those that you can with a yes and just a No where as a sponsor he does not have a house of his own.
They may require him as sponsor to also have an Assurer of Support and so he should speak to his parents about that.
