Urgent

Hello everyone. I am the permanent resident of Australia, currently living in USA and going to Australia for 6 months to re registration my nursing license plus meet my family. I have a 3 years old daughter who is the US citizen and going with me on the tourist visa. Now to my questions: 1) which visitor visa is the best in my circumstance - would it be the tourist stream or sponsored family stream?
2) If sponsored family stream, can I sponsor her? lets pretend I do not have anybody or I have a brother but I do not want to ask him to do it? Thank you

Do you mean permanent resident of Australia or citizen? If citizen why not apply for citizenship for your daughter? That would make things easier .

You won't be able sponsor her under a family sponsored visa you have to be living in Australia so a family member has to do that.

Best bet would be to post in Ask Mark and he can help you.

Only problem with tourist visas are that usually you have to leave after 3 months.
