help with defacto/fiance visa

Hi guys I need some help for my girlfriends defacto visa application. Im australian and she is bolivian but we both currently reside in london. In 5 weeks we are moving to Bolivia where we plan to stay for a while. However she has currently overstayed her uk visa and im wondering if this will be a problem when applying for a defacto visa. She is leaving the UK on her own accord and has never been threatened with deportation etc.

Also does anybody know if it is easier to get a defacto or fiance visa? I have been seriously considering proposing to my girlfriend and was wondering if either application is easier.

Thanks guys

Overstaying will not affect an application for a temporary/permanent visa the same as it can if just applying for a visitor visa.
As for whether a defacto or a PMV is easier, it's not so much a case of being easier or not and more which one will you better be able to meet eligibility for.
