Thank you Mimita. It is a bit frustrating to wait but I know that there are many people applying and no matter how well organized an immi office is you have to wait for your turn.
Good luck with your visa and get the results you want!

I could not wait anymore and I called the embassy. The lady said that there is still no CO signed to my application but the embassy is very very busy at the moment. I will let you know if i hear anything more from them!

I know it can be really frustrating and believe me when I say I'm not a very patient person... But there is nothing we can do but wait.

I contacted the Embassy a couple of days ago via email asking about the status of my application. They said they are currently processing applications accepted on October 19 and before. So I guess we'll have to wait for 2-2,5 months until a CO is assigned and a primary assessment is made.

I called them about 2 weeks ago and they said that due to huge workload the processing time is prolonged from 5-10 months instead of 5 months that was the original time frame.

Hi Marta and Luthien1980, I recently applied for subclass 300 in Berlin too and was wondering whether you got your CO assigned yet? Apparently it takes some time and I just wanted to know how much roughly I have to wait till such is assigned. Thanks in advance.
