Gosh, that was a long list to type. Oh well.........., now my questions are:

1. Are there any other documents I forgot to submit?
2. When should I be looking to Medicals and PCC?
3. And the question of the day, How.......; just how long before my better half gets here I know for a fact that HR country is taking 12 months (as stated on website) but I want to know if there's anyone in the same boat or was in the same boat and their timelines.

Please share your experience.
Thanks!

Answers to your questions are:
1) Everything looks good, except for bank statements to show you can support your wife.
2) Medicals and PCC should be requested by your CO soon. E.g. ours were requested within a month of our application lodgement, but I know this can vary after I read about other cases on the forum.
3) Very hard to answer this question. I have seen a 309 from Karachi go through in less than two months and another application take 24 months. Can vary greatly - no rhyme or reason for the differences.

When I query our CO they always say it will be 12 months, as is quoted by us on your acknowledgement letter. Check your acknowledgement letter.

A tip for you: Always get acknowledgement from DIBP that they have received your documents. If you haven't done this before, make sure you do it in future. If you use a courier, get tracking feature.

I hope above helps you.

It's been more than a month, nothing's been requested. I guess I might just wait out a couple of months before doing them. Same in the case of PCC I believe.

So, I don't think I'll worry about it too much as it's all clearly stated in black and white.

Yup it did. Thanks for that!

Regarding Question 1... that applies to future, not past. DIBP will want to see your bank statements, showing that you can support your wife in the future (after she arrives in Australia).

I stand corrected here but I think you're implying second stage visa processing? Aren't you?

If yes, then it's a given that when my better half comes to Australia, I'll open a joint bank account. Everything that I'll buy will be under both our names instead of my name only. So, that shouldn't be a problem either!

I am referring to the first stage 309 spouse visa. Despite the fact that I supplied bank statements, our CO made a phone call to hubby within three months of our 309 application being lodged, asking him how he is going to be supported after he arrives in Australia.
For this reason I think you should supply a bank statement, showing enough money to support your wife for when she arrives in Australia.
