Several Questions regarding immigration to Australia

Dear All,

I live in Egypt. I graduated from commerce college, however, I work as Network Security Engineer for 5 years and gained a lot of IT certificates. Obviously, the work experience has nothing to do with my education or graduation. I will be 30 years old in few months. I need to know if I am eligible to travel to Australia for work or not. I have been heard a lot of different things but I am not sure anymore and I need someone to direct me and tell me what I am supposed to do exactly so that I can get the immigration visa.

All I know is that I need the following:
1- To pass IELTS exam but I have no idea what score is required.
2- Get an assessment from ACS "Australian Computer Society but I have no idea how it works. I looked at ACS site (Australian Computer Society) but I got confused a lot and I don't know what it is actually required from me and what shall I look for. (I'd appreciate if someone can give me his experience if his situation is similar to mine). What steps shall I do to get assessment.

Above all of this, I looked at a site for Australia immigration calculation to see if I am eligible or not. I didn't find any job related to my work and therefore I am not sure if they need it or not. According to SOL in this site there is no such equivalent code for my position but I think I had read in Skilled Occupation Lists (Formerly Known as Form 1121i) there was code but I am not even sure which exact code should be for me. Another thing; How am I suppose to prove that I have this code? Is it only through getting assessment from ACS for this code or there is other things too? If it is only through ACS, please let me know how and what exact steps. If there other things too please let me know them.

Please let me know if I need to have IELTS first before I apply for assessment at ACS or I can work with them simultaneously. Please also let me know if anything is missing and I should take into consideration as well.

Sorry if I asked too much here.

Thank you all and looking forward to your response

For independent skilled visa immigration you do need an occupation on the SOL and without it you will not be eligible to immigrate that way.
Have a read in detail of all that is available starting with Professionals and other Skilled Migrants - Workers - Visas & Immigration including all links and especially the What's New Link relevant topics on SOL/Processing priority.

For you to be considered as having an occupation on the SOL you do need to have a qualification assessment and with the ACS do read the pre application and FAQ links for there is explicit information there about being assessed according to whether you have accredited or recognised qualifications or otherwise and the relevant requirements.

That is what you are most likely going to need to review in the first instance for it could be you will need a few years more experience than five.
That being so, also have alook at the latest What's New Link on eligibility for there is to be a change in mid next year and english language skills will be even more important but you will still need a SOL occupation first.
