Skilled Sponsored Visa Subclass138

We will be migrating permanently and landing at Adelaide SA on the 1st Jan. 2011. However, we decided to making plan moving to Perth where jobs are more available there. Please advice me, 'Is the Skilled Sponsored Visa 138 permitted to travel, work and live in any parts of Australia without restriction?' Thank in advance for any feedback from the moderators.

The 138 is an older classification and if in being a sponsored visa, it was a state sponsored one, it was granted on the basis of you being sponsored by a particular state and it is expected that is where you would initially settle.
