I will put this out there again, and see what people think,My fiance wants to come to aus as a tourist, Then we marry and then she applies for a 820 visa onshore. This is the way we have decided to do this, So please remember there is no other way we can do this,

So we have lived together for 10 months off and on over the last 4 years.
Have pics,stat decs,
shared plane flights together, letters, shared hotel receipts,
She is FREE to marry. Has annulment,
she has all her documents,
I own my house, i have money in the bank,
NOW the biggest thing of all, I have bank statements that show i have been sending her money on a monthly basis for at least 3 years.
I have no proof of what she spent that money on,but i was and still am helping support her,
I have PROOF that i send her $500 plus a month, every month.
Proof that i have sent her mother money .
She has been here 3 times,I have been to her 3 times.
I PUT her in my will, 2 years ago.
I have a priest that sais he will marry us,
NOW i dont see what more we can do.
SO i through it open to you all, DO you think we can do this,820 onshore visa.
AND please remember we can NOT do the pmv,Please dont ask why, just trust me , that visa is out of reach for us.
SO please what do you all think. do we have a reasonable chance here.

I know that i come across as rude and annoying on here some times. But i just get so frustrated at the way things are some times, And then i just splert it all out,So many things need to be changed ,I think any way.
Like i wanted to register our relationship, I cant do that here in TAS, because my partner is overseas,In NSW you can, and Q,LAND i dont know about, We are all in the one country so why all the different state rules,
Another thing is, you could get into a situation where because your on a pension C/l would say your in a defacto relationship and class you as a married couple and pay you a couple rate of payments,
12 months later when immi process you application they may say there is not enough evidence to say you are a genuine couple,
C/L say you are ,and immi say you are not, How can that be.
Tony Abbott it trying to save money every way he can, I and many others have spent tens of thousands trying to get my partners marriage cleared up ,and name spelling in her name fixed up and lots of other things.
ALL that money was spent overseas ,and it could have been spent here in aus, if the laws were relaxed a little bit in some countries. And the next time i see a polly i'm going to tell them a few things , and that might be to day , there will be lots of them where im going.
Lots of people with lots of brain and no common sense.
