Post New point system

My agent misguided me. I came to Australia on student visa 7 months back. Then i came to know that accounting is in the SOL list. I already had my bachelors in accounting from overseas plus 3 years of experience. Now under new point system i can claim my accounting degree as well as my application. Now i can submit my application after july 2011. Until then how i will able to stay in the country and also after submiting my application will the immigration give me a bridging visa? Do any one has an answer?
